We are looking for the missing piece of our 5-person sales team.
We are missing an account manager who will strengthen our company’s approach to building customer relationships. More than specific education or experience, we are looking for a person who has great interpersonal and communication skills and shares similar values.
Working with us, you will have a great deal of influence over your day-to-day work, on creating internal processes and on shaping your career path according to your own expectations and ambitions.
Working at AppUnite, you will be responsible for:
Building relationships with our partners and customers
Looking for new sales opportunities
Managing clients’ expectations
Maintaining a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures
Leading financial and staffing negotiations
Handling customer complaints
Collaborating with all internal teams to ensure that they know and understand clients’ needs
Reporting on and analyzing customer satisfaction
Suggesting improvements to all the internal processes
We’ll be more than happy if you:
Have excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C1 or higher)
Have previously worked directly with clients, e.g. customer service, account manager or similar role
Are people-oriented and easy to interact with
Know how to manage people’s expectations
Have exceptional communication skills
Have a strong business ethic
