We are a small and independent Support Team. At the moment the team consists of 5 people (Android, iOS, Front-end and team manager), eventually, there will be 7 of us.

If you join us, your job will be to maintain and develop an existing mobile application.

In general, we deal with smaller projects that don't require full-time development, in addition to our regular partners who come back to us after a release with new ideas or technical problems to solve.
Working for us requires the ability to change context quickly, as you will be working on 2 projects per week.

But relax, there is a reward for all this. Friday is our "sandbox day" during which you decide what you want to work on. Maybe you want to build something in new technology, learn a new programming language or have that extra space to polish your code without sacrificing your spare time - with us, that’s Friday.

Don't worry if you don't feel strong in some of the technologies listed in the requirements. We are looking for people willing to learn and have a strong foundation, not alphas and omegas.

You would be the ideal fit for our team if you:

  • A can work smoothly with Kotlin and Android frameworks,

  • Have solid knowledge of RxJava and Retrofit,

  • Create good and maintainable code by applying best practices, design patterns, and principles,

  • Are open to proposing architectural and structural changes,

  • can communicate in spoken and written English,

  • can take care of app quality,

  • are a team player.

If you…

  • Know Coroutines, Flow, Hilt and some Java,
  • Are open to comparing your ideas with other developers and sharing knowledge.

What does the recruitment process look like?

  1. Video interview with People Team.
  2. A technical challenge - an interview with a team or live coding, or a task.
  3. If any other step of the recruitment process is necessary, we will inform you.
  4. And finally, the decision, after which we can say “welcome on board."
